About Us

Andrea D. Wright is the STEM Coordinator for a large metropolitan school district in Georgia. A native Atlantan, she matriculated from Spelman College and has degrees and certifications from across the United States. Andrea has attained a STEM Leadership endorsement through the NASA Endeavor program, a STEM endorsement from Middle Georgia RESA, and is a National Geographic Certified Educator. In 2023, the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA) named Andrea one of the Emerging Leaders of the Year. Andrea was also featured in the Winter 2024 issue of Flourish Digital Magazine. Her truest passion is in the area of STEM education – seeing children bring ideas to life and innovate new solutions, fostering a culture of creativity in educators, and planting seeds for limitless possibilities for parents about their children’s futures.  Ms. Wright concurs with Marian Wright Edelman that “education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it."
